TERMS & CONDITIONS: SIGNING

1. Definitions

1.1 TIDYY: The company providing property management and related services, as described in the Service Agreement.

1.2 Signing Request: A request for a party to electronically or physically sign a document.

1.3 Signer: The natural or legal person who receives the request for signature.

1.4. Document: Any contract, agreement or other written record presented for signature.

2. Applicability

2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all signature requests sent by TIDYY.

2.2. By signing a document, the signatory agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein.

3. Process of Signature

3.1. The signatory receives a signature request via e-mail or another agreed communication channel.

3.2. The signatory has access to the document and is given the opportunity to view it before signing.

3.3. The signatory shall sign the document electronically or physically, depending on the agreed method.

3.4. Once signed, the signed document is sent to TIDYY and the signatory receives a copy.

4. Terms

4.1. The signatory is requested to sign the document within the time limit specified in the signature request.

4.2. If the signature is not completed within the set deadline, TIDYY may decide to withdraw the request or set a new deadline.

5. Responsibilities of the Signatory

5.1. The signatory is obliged to check the accuracy of the information in the document before signing.

5.2. The signatory is responsible for the security of his/her access data to the signing platform.

5.3. If the signer suspects that unauthorised persons have gained access to the signing platform, he/she must inform TIDYY immediately.

6. Electronic Signature

6.1. Electronic signatures made through a platform approved by TIDYY have the same legal force as physical signatures.

6.2. TIDYY may use advanced electronic signing methods, such as two-factor authentication (2FA), to verify the identity of the signatory.

7. Revocation and Amendment

7.1. TIDYY reserves the right to withdraw or amend a signature request, provided the signatory is informed in a timely manner.

7.2. Changes to the document after signing require a new signing request.

8. Security and Privacy

8.1. TIDYY processes signatory's personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8.2. TIDYY takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the signing process.

9. Liability

9.1. TIDYY shall not be liable for any damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete completion of the document by the signatory.

9.2. TIDYY is not responsible for failures in electronic means of communication that may delay the signing process.

10. Applicable Law and Competent Court

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.

10.2. All disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where TIDYY is located.

11. Other Provisions

11.1. If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.2. These terms and conditions may be amended by TIDYY from time to time. The amended terms will be communicated to the signatory before a new signature request is sent.

By signing the document, the signatory declares to have read and agreed to these standard terms and conditions.
