How do I read and understand my invoice?

The TIDYY invoice provides a clear overview of all tasks performed in a given month. Some costs recur monthly, while others depend on specific assignments (such as reservations).

Important components of your invoice:

  • Listing nickname & execution date: Here you can see, by date, which tasks were performed.
  • Product code & description: Additional details about the tasks performed and their associated costs.
  • Source (Sales order reference): At the top of the invoice you will find the origin of the amounts. These can be shared with you upon request.
  • Total amount: The final page shows the total amount payable, including VAT.
  • Payment via QR code: You can pay the invoice immediately using a payment method of your choice.
  • Questions? Send an email to support@tidyy.com with the subject “extra info regarding invoice no. x”. If possible, attach screenshots to clarify your question.

How is your invoice composed?

Each month you receive an invoice that includes:

  1. Fixed monthly costs (such as a subscription, if applicable).
  2. Pay-per-use costs based on tasks actually performed. These may include:
    • Tasks linked to a reservation.
    • Tasks performed on request and after approval by the owner.

1. Tasks and Costs Linked to a Reservation

1.1 Fixed Costs per Reservation

For every reservation, TIDYY standardly performs the following tasks:

    Replenishing and replacing guest supplies:

To prepare your property for the next rental, essential products are restocked. This falls under the product category PROD-50XX, such as:

    • Vanity set (PROD-5001)
    • Essential set (PROD-5002)
    • Bath mat (PROD-5003)
    • Towels and bedding (PROD-5004 to PROD-5016)
    • Kitchen and bathroom products (PROD-5017 to PROD-5021)

    Check-out inspection (PROD-2002):

After each reservation, TIDYY performs an inspection that includes:

    • Checking whether the property has been left in accordance with the house rules.
    • Documenting any damage or irregularities.
    • Waste collection and proper sorting.

The check-out inspection helps in preparing a basic dossier for damage claims via Huswell, if applicable.

    1.2 Variable Costs per Reservation

      Cleaning costs (PROD-1000 Housekeeping Cost):

The cleaning costs depend on the time required to clean the property according to the minimum quality standards:

      • Standard: two cleaners per task, unless stated otherwise.
      • If the property is left neat, the costs are lower.
      • In the case of an exceptionally long cleaning, part of the costs may, in consultation with the owner, be charged to the guests—provided there is objective evidence via the check-out inspection report.

The applicable minimum cleaning criteria can be consulted at tidyy.com/terms.

      2. Tasks and Costs on Request and/or After Approval

Certain tasks are only performed after consultation and approval by the owner. This includes tasks such as minor repairs, inspections, or the coordination of specialized work.

Examples of services and associated product codes:

      • Inspections: Property inspection (PROD-2001), Check-out inspection (PROD-2002), Seasonal inspection (PROD-2003), Onboarding inspection (PROD-2004), Check-in inspection (PROD-2005).
      • Maintenance and Installation: Key safe installation (PROD-4001), Maintenance service intern (PROD-4002), Maintenance service extern (PROD-4003).
